When you buy either a monthly or annual Family Subscription plan, you will be designated the Primary User and you will be able to add another adult as the Secondary User. If the Secondary User has an account with us we will link your Subscription with their account. Your accounts are only linked for accounting reasons: Primary and Secondary Users will not be able to access each other’s consultation history (My History) or My Health and will only be able to see each other’s profile information.
You can add family members in My Family in the My Account tab. Up to three children under the age of eighteen can be added to the account of either adult and the details will appear in both adults account. Additional children can be added but consultations will be charged at the pay as you go rate.
