Can I cancel my subscription plan?

You can cancel your subscription plan in My Subscriptions in the My Account tab on the app, or by contacting us on support@myhealthathand.com. You will not be eligible for a refund of any portion of the subscription fees. If you cancel your subscription, your access to unlimited consultations will end only when your paid-for subscription duration expires.
